Bianca Johnson

Yoga Instructor and

Studio Owner

Bianca is a free spirit that resides in Central New York where she has lived her whole life. She is a graduate with her BA in psychology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

While studying psychology she began to learn the importance of all areas of health: mind, body and spirit.  She had practiced yoga sporadically during college but it wasn't until her last semester that it became apparent how much she was lacking in all areas of her health, this is where her journey began. She started practicing daily, sometimes multiple times a day but still something was missing, knowing that she needed to expand her practice and share the benefits with others she decided to spread her wings and soar through the journey of becoming a yoga instructor.

Following a month long intensive training,  she received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Sacred Voyage Yoga School in January 2016.

After her Yoga Teacher Training Program Bianca founded Full Lotus Yoga Studio in Rome where she offers various styles of yoga all emphasizing the mind, body, spirit connection.

Since founding Full Lotus, Bianca has continued her love of learning by studying Energy Healing,  Spirituality, Feminine Power, Meditation and Manifestation. All which have assisted her in the transformation of her life and in guiding the transformation of others.

John DeMinico 

Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation and Pilates Instructor

John DeMinico MBS is an internationally renowned teacher of Yoga and Eastern concepts since 1992.

He travels throughout the universe providing hands on educational experience to students of all levels.

John is the founder of New Paradigm Fitness Inc., Sanktuary Spa, co-creator of YoQua, The Yoga Studio and senior Yoga Teacher for the International Sports Medicine Association [ISMA] and Sandals resorts.

He is also accredited to teach QiGong, Reformer Pilates and Meditation. Integrating the essence of eastern and western philosophies, John's balanced approach to teaching has led to the development of Self Managed Evolution (a Yoga Teacher Training Guide).

Chelsea Theriault

200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor 

Chelsea started her yogic journey in a beginners class to prepare her for cat yoga. That first class sparked her love of yoga. She soon found strength in her practice and continues to find that strength every day.

She continued her practice while pursuing her education into Human Services, graduating with an Associates from Mohawk Valley Community College and becoming an ordained minister. She will be starting her path into Social Work at Keuka College for her Bachelors while continuing her yogic path.

Chelsea completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Full Lotus Yoga School. The course consisting of training in asana, pranayama, practice teaching, yogic philosophy and meditation.

She hopes to bring love, compassion and finding inner strength into her teachings as she starts her path into yogic teaching.

Theresa Gualtieri

200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor 

Theresa is a New York native, a mother of four and devoted grandmother, who enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.


Her journey with yoga began after she experienced an injury to both shoulders and spent a year in physical therapy. Following therapy she decided to make a lifestyle change to continue healing and gain strength in her shoulders again. Through many hours and days of attending yoga classes, she found a sense of peace that she never realized existed.


With her experience in mind she decided to embark on the journey of becoming a yoga Instructor. Theresa completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Full Lotus Yoga School in Rome, NY.


She believes that physically yoga can make you stronger and more flexible but that yoga is a path to finding balance, in your mind, body, and spirit; transforming your entire life both on and off of the mat. Theresa hopes to bring the same peace and joy to others that she has experienced in her practice of yoga. If you are seeking to reduce stress, relax, and restore yourself, her classes will be the perfect addition to your lifestyle. She offers both group and private sessions to meet the individual needs of each of her students.

Dianne Coriale

200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor 

Dianne completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Full Lotus Yoga School, is registered with Yoga Alliance, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She began practicing yoga over 10 years ago and enjoys taking classes at a variety of yoga studios while traveling, as well as practicing locally at Full Lotus Yoga Studio.

Dianne has always held the belief that what we seek can’t be found externally. The first time she heard this spoken in a yoga class, she took it as a sign that this is where she was meant to be. Through yoga, we quiet the external noise and come back to our true self.
Dianne has experienced physical, emotional and spiritual benefits from yoga and has a passion for sharing that with others. We can’t always control what goes on outside but we can learn to control what goes on inside.

Susan Dennis

200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor & LMT

Susan is an enthusiastic soul with a passion for movement, art & life. She has over 30 years experience in various forms of dance; ballet being the closest to her heart. She has always had a genuine zest for helping others, which led her to a rewarding career as a massage therapist. During the last six years as an LMT, the importance of physical, emotional and spiritual self-care became apparent. Through meditation and yoga, she was able to establish healthy coping skills to handle life's many challenges.

Susan's first experiences with yoga were mainly through dance, which was only exposure to the physical benefits. It wasn't until about 2011, when she decided to take some local classes, that she was introduced to traditional yoga & fell in love. She had tossed the idea of teaching around for a few years, and life aligned with this desire in 2018.

Susan received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Full Lotus Yoga in Rome, NY. She is excited to share her yoga practice, knowledge of the human body, and passion for life with students of all levels. Each person is on their own unique & extraordinary journey, and she would be honored to share a piece of yours.
